• Sending broadcasts to certain list/segment of contacts
• Keeping simple CRM of contacts for marketing purposes
• Sending a sequence of automated emails and SMS to customers when a trigger happens. For example:
  • Sending a welcome email when a customer subscribes to a WooCommerce product
  • Sending multiple emails with delays between each other when we get a Facebook Lead
• Updating and adding data to Google Sheets
• Triggers across websites (POST / GET) so that websites can communicate with each other. For example:
  • When customer orders on website A, enroll the customer in a course on website B
• Creating a message thread in Front App when a trigger happens. For example:
  • When a form on the website is submitted, create a new message thread in Front App
