Funnelkit Automations (Autonami)

Chris’s way of sending broadcasts in Funnelkit Automations

Meditation Magazine is connected to Metorik. Metorik is a service for analytics that keeps a complete database of subscriptions, orders, customers, etc., and integrates deeply with WooCommerce.

So what I do for broadcasts from Funnelkit Automations is the following:

• Export from Metorik by the given criteria (Kevin will give you the criteria).
• (Optional) Do data manipulation such as:
  • Split the sheet into multiple sheets of contacts/subscriptions/orders by X (number) of rows
  • Exclude customers that enrolled in the courses
• Import these sheet(s) into Funnelkit Automations and create a list for each: List #1, List #2, etc.
• Configure a broadcast to be sent to each list at whatever time Kevin tells you to send it

Note: Multiple lists data split is just an example; you may have only one list to send to. We usually divide data into multiple lists as Kevin wants to test the results of each broadcast sent to optimize the next broadcast for better results.

Important: Metorik only connects to Meditation Magazine (meditationmag.com) and we are using it as an easy way to extract customer data.

If you need to get data from other websites data extraction can be done in variety of ways, using SQL, using WooCommerce export plugins, LearnDash export plugins, etc.
